*For packages, lessons are based on a weekly ride and must be used over 4 consecutive weeks unless prior arrangements have been made. Any unused lessons cannot be transferred to the following month and will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: Please Read Carefully

For lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (including no shows), clients will be invoiced for the full cost of the lesson--no makeup lessons will be given. Lessons cancelled within the 24 hour time period need to be rescheduled within the same month. Any unused lessons cannot be transferred to the following month.

Excessive cancellations will result in loss of time slot.
