From I-10: Take 99 Grandparkway north to Franz Road. Go left on Franz to Katy Hockley Cut Off. At the light, turn right on Katy Hockley Cut Off. After approx 5.3 miles, turn left on Beckendorff Road. Blue Ribbon will be the first drive on your right.
